How do I return my ISA Hair extensions?
Simply send your *unopened* ISA Hair extensions back to the below address:
Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return will be processed and received:
Please include the Order Confirmation Email (Print-out) that was sent to you at the time of purchase. This should state your order #, first and last name and address and insert that in your return package.
Be sure to include the tester portion of your ISA Hair extensions as it ends up being a part of the full set.
Please indicate whether you would like an exchange and for which color or if you would prefer a return. If you prefer an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will simply send you an invoice via e-mail to pay the difference. *For faster processing, we would encourage to return for a refund and re-order the set you would like to avoid waiting for the return processing time.
We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities. We will not accept responsibility for items returned to our facility without a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.
Please allow 4-6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.
